If you don't know what it is, it is to challenge yourself to take a photo a day for 100 days of something that makes you happy and then post it using the tag #100happydays to either facebook, twitter or instragram. If you're a private person you don't have to post the photos, just taking them could make you happier.
The idea is not to go out of your way to do something fun and flashy to take a photo of but simply to go through your day as normal and take one picture of something that made you happy that day. Remember it's not about showing off how amazing your life is but appreciating it.
Life can be so fast paced with all of us focusing on the next task ahead that stopping to take a photo can really make you appreciate that moment. At the end of the day when you curl up in bed instead of reviewing the blur of the day as a good or a bad one, you will have that captured happy moment to look back on instead of a mix of bad, good or just mundane. I bet you will find something happy to take a photo of each day even if it is the hot bath or cosy bed at the end of a busy stressful day.
I appreciate that not everyone is happy and yes sometimes life sucks but the point is even when your at your lowest you could still look out your window and see a beautiful sunrise or rainbow. Sometimes even a small act of kindness like someone cooking us a meal can really be appreciated if we stopped to take a picture. Maybe taking the pictures could inspire you to do more of the things that really make you happy. I've found it's made me happy to see people I love posting there own #100happydays and sharing in their happy moments.
What I'm getting at is DO IT, it could not only make you happier but it might also make the people who love you happy too. If your like me, my initial reaction was 'will I have time', 'will I remember to do it', well I guess that's the point! Now I've pleaded with you all to do it I should give it a go myself! Even if I fail at least I will have taken notice of some of the happy moments in my life.

friendship-bracelets.net Has Inspired Me
The last time I posted I was having a go at making friendship bracelets. Since then I have discovered friendship-bracelets.net . It is a great resource full of different patterns for you to follow or you can even design your own patterns on there. Here is a photo of some of the ones I've had a go at.
The most strings I've used is 14 but there are designs for up to 66 strings. Some of the designs are amazing, go have a look!
